Our goal is to restore, maintain and maximize your strength, function, movement and overall well-being.

Whether it’s an in-clinic or at home visit, we work to maintain the physical health of people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and regain or maintain range of motion, strength, and function.

As our patient, you can expect professionally trained staff, a thorough assessment, and an active, exercise-based approach to improved physical wellness. Treatment will likely include exercise, education, pain control modalities, manual therapy, and in some cases acupuncture.

You do not require a referral to visit a physiotherapist, however some insurance companies require referrals for reimbursement of our services.

Massage therapy is an alternative health option that manipulates the soft tissues of the body for therapeutic purposes.

It helps alleviate soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular overuse, and many chronic pain syndromes. Massage therapy can also greatly reduce the development of painful muscular patterning if begun early enough after accidents involving trauma and injury.

Massage Therapists use a range of techniques to break the pain cycle and eliminate the original source of pain by increasing blood flow to the oxygen-deprived tissue as well as encouraging the body’s own natural healing process. Some of the specific techniques we offer include: therapeutic/deep tissue massage; sports massage; myofascial release; craniosacral techniques; cupping therapy; manual lymph drainage; and hot stones massage.

As our patient you can expect highly qualified and experienced massage therapists who will assess and provide a treatment plan specific to you.

This entails a complete history taking of your previous and current health status.
An examination:
The osteopathic manual therapist will perform a physical evaluation to determine your condition and ensure that you are safe to receive osteopathic manual treatment.
Osteopathic manual therapists will assess the structures of your body for: mobility, position, vitality/quality of tissues and develop a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.

Together, you and your osteopathic manual therapist will review the results of your physical examination and determine the appropriate treatment plan for you.

Hi, I’m Maude Jobin Marchand, PT.

I completed my physiotherapy degree at Laval University in 2014 and have since worked in private clinics and gyms, specializing in the treatment of adults with musculoskeletal conditions. I am also trained to provide telerehabilitation services when needed.

My lifelong connection to sports—particularly running and surfing—has fueled my passion for sports physiotherapy. Actively participating in these activities gives me firsthand insight into the physical demands they place on the body. Over the years, I have developed expertise in managing low back and foot pain and created a lumbar stabilization program that has successfully helped many individuals move away from orthoses.

I am committed to evidence-based practice and have completed additional training in dry needling, manual therapy, and exercise science. My holistic approach emphasizes preventive strategies: I teach exercises to improve muscle balance, posture, and body awareness, and I offer guidance to help patients build long-term resilience.

During your rehabilitation journey, I see myself as both physiotherapist and coach. My goal is to empower you to understand your body better, restore function, and achieve an active, pain-free lifestyle. I am fully bilingual in French and English, ensuring that patients can communicate in the language they feel most comfortable using.

I look forward to working with you on your path to recovery and performance.
