Tara Dugas, RMT
Tara Dugas is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a decade of experience under her belt here at Cole Harbour Physio and Rehab. Since earning her massage therapy diploma in 2014, Tara has continually expanded her expertise through advanced training in therapeutic techniques, including cupping, myofascial techniques, k-taping, lymphatic drainage and adding new courses every year.
Tara’s therapeutic style is multi-dimensional, blending relaxation techniques with targeted treatments to address the root cause of injuries while soothing the nervous system. She is committed to providing personalized care, ensuring each client feels heard and in control of their therapy.
Outside of her professional life, Tara enjoys spending time with her partner and daughter, tending to her garden, or losing herself in a good book. Her passion for helping the human body move pain-free is inspired by her own experiences in sports and a desire to support others in achieving a fulfilling, active life—whether it’s competing in sports, enjoying a evening walk, keeping up with grandchildren, or simply moving comfortably through daily activities.
